Who Wants Lobbying Reform?
The Colorado State House, State Senate, and oodles of Colorado voters, that’s who. Some lobbyists even support it. But word on the street (ok, who are we kidding? word in the halls) has been that Governor Bill Owens is going to veto it. Implore Gov. Owens to sign Rep. Morgan Carroll’s HB 1149.
