What was the Gov thinking?
Sure, reasonable people can disagree, but what’s the story behind Governor Bill Owens’ veto of the anti price gouging bill? Is he for price gouging? The bill explicitly protected the prices of life-sustaining goods in the case of emergency. What’s to argue with there? Eventually I’ll read the veto message, but for now I’m relying on what I read in the Denver Business Journal and it reads like big biz lobbies had their way with Colorado citizens. Again.
