Colorado's Economic Outlook Bright

For all those (Republican) doomsayers who predicted troubled economic waters when the Democrats took the majority, I’d like to point out that whether you measure by security, jobs, or economy, Colorado’s better off with Dems in the majority. Take a look at this from the Denver Post:

Colorado’s economy continued to accelerate last year even as economic growth slowed in most other states, according to a report released Tuesday by the Bureau of Economic Analysis.

After adjusting for inflation, Colorado’s gross state product rose 4.2 percent in 2005, up from a 3.9 percent growth rate in 2004.
